Nomination Form

If you're using Nominations, this form will allow your guests to nominate local businesses or people

1. Choose how Nominations will be entered

Set List of Contestants

Winners will be chosen from a set list of contestants supplied by the moderator

Note: If Nominations are disabled in Contest Settings, the Set List of Contestants will be selected by default and the other selections will be disabled

List of contestants with write-ins

In addition to the list of contestants supplied by the moderator, users are allowed to write-in additional contestants in a simple text box during the nomination phase

List of contestants with custom write-in form

In addition to the list of contestants supplied by the moderator, users are allowed to write-in additional contestants using a custom Nomination Form designed by the moderator

2. Click Edit Form if you've selected List of contestants with custom write-in form and you'd like to edit the default Nomination Form

3. Click Next Step
