Winner Selection

During the winner selection phase of the contest, the moderator is responsible for confirming / selecting the winning entries. The Number of Winner(s) configured within the Contest Settings contest setup will be selected based on which submissions received the highest number of votes or selected randomly depending on the setup. The moderator can review the selected winner(s) and choose to select another submission as they see fit

To review your contest winner(s), following the instructions below

  1. Within Phases, you're able to view your contest winner(s)
Tip: Navigate to the All Entries tab to see all entries as needed
  • To Deselect winner(s), click the slider in the Select column to the left of the contestant you want to deselect
  • To Select winner(s), click the slider in the Select column to the left of the contestant you want to select
  • To Reorder winners, click on a Contestant Name and drag
Note: The total of selected winner(s) must be equal to the Number of Winner(s) as defined within the Contest Settings. If an additional winner needs to be selected, the moderator cannot select another winner without first clicking to deselect a winner. Once selected, the updated winners are saved automatically
