Entry

During the entry phase of the Photo Contest, the moderator is responsible for approving and rejecting entries. Only approved entries will be displayed on the front end and be available for voting or winner selection. All pending submissions should be approved or rejected to move onto the next phase

To manage your photo contest submissions, following the instructions below

  1. Within Phases, you're able to view entry details or reject an entry
  • To review or edit an entry, click the pencil icon in the Actions column for the entry you want to review or edit
Note: Only photos added by the moderator can be edited. End User entries can only have their titles and captions edited
  • To approve an entry, click the check mark icon in the Action column for the entry you want to approve
  • To reject an entry, click the X icon in the Actions column for the entry you want to disqualify
Tip: Utilize the Status Filter to filter out Pending contestants that require action
