Upload Entries

During the Entry phase of the Sweepstakes Contest, the moderator may need to bulk Upload Entries. There are a number of reasons for this including the use and reconciliation of paper entry forms. In whatever case, let's take a look at how that's done:

To bulk Upload Entries, follow the instructions below.

1. Click View Sample CSV download within the menu next to the Bulk Upload call to action to download a sample CSV file

2. Open the sample CSV file. The fields here will correspond to the Registration Form setup for the contest

3. Add in all of your entry information that needs to be uploaded
4. Save your CSV file
5. Click Bulk Upload
6. Click Upload
7. Browse to your upload file
8. Click Open
9. Click Next

10. Click Close
